Thought discipline is about helping you find your authentic self so as to prevent any ideas from the outside to take root, to dispel fabricated realities not rooted in your self-growth.
-developing the habit of bringing awareness to your own thoughts that may cause unhappiness or dissatisfaction in your life.
-creating the habit of bringing awareness to your most self-deprecating thoughts to a state of self-efficacy.
-it is not about me fixing your problems , it’s about shining a light so you can fix your own.

Jeff, You have been the light that many of us needed. Your spirit and smile are infectious. Thank you for all you do. The imprint you've left us with will last a lifetime. The term "Coach" doesn't seem to do you justice because you are so much more. Friend/Life Coach, that much needed swift kick in the ass, that pain in our side, but more importantly that voice in our head that says "push yourself". Many of us have developed a love/hate relationship with you but mostly love. We only hate you for an hour or so, daily! I didn't know what I was walking in to or really what I was looking for when I found your bootcamp class. But something led me there. As I sat off to the side observing the class, confirmation was received that this is where I was supposed to be. I had no idea what a treasure I had found. The energy and camaraderie of the class is amazing and addictive. I am so grateful for being able to share this time in space with such special individuals. Though our journeys will take us in seperate directions we will always share our pride in the 1230 Crew. You lit a spark in all of us and we shall go forth and be GREAT!
