Impact

Jeffrey, YOU ARE FREAKING AWESOME! The 1230 Boot Camp class has not only made a major impact on my life physically, but it has also impacted me as an individual. I never imagined a group of complete strangers would become like a family to me while encouraging and pushing me to better myself mentally and physically, but I did. All these things were made possible through your leadership, guidance, and coaching. I can say without a doubt that you are a great man of inspiration who truly loves what he does for a living.
