Healthy Stronger Life

 I came here with a goal, to lose weight and get back in shape. You were not only instrumental in me reaching my goal, but you pushed me past my own expectations and made me realize that I'm capable of MORE. 1230 is much more to me than a class, it's a family, a break away from Kuwait (mentally). Just like " Cheers ", it's always nice to go where everybody knows your name... Lol. You are truly a good man, and your compassion and determination shines bright, for us all to see. It's evident that you find joy in helping all of us find our way to a healthy and stronger life.
